Main Technical Characteristics

The Japanese Mitsubishi technology is introduced for the complete set of the electric control of the HF968D.There are Mitsubishi PLCs and Japanese panasonic sevo system.And other high-grade electrical aquipment such as the American APL stepping motor,Japanese Gigital microcomputers with touching sensor screens.

Various kinds of yarm paramiters and technology raquirement are input into the computer and it automatically does the complicated computation,automatically inspects making the posotion of the warping table more precise,truly realizing intelligence.

The back beam tension could be set optionally,witch greatly realizes beam reel.
Digital screens a large amount of information and simple operation and there are the functions of omnibearing electricity,liquid and steam trouble diagnosis display and warpong state display.

Automutio positioning of the start point and stripe is completed automatically by pressing the key.

The advanced filed general line technology is adopted so that any parameter and state of each part of the system and other signals can be transmitted through a general line equipmint commissioning,diagnosis and management of the technological parameters are done in an intelligent way.
The reliable and complete Disc brake used in motor is adopted for the brake,which features great brake moment,flexibility and reliability.
The warping table automatically moves with the increase in the thichness of the yamface.This is conteolled by a separate steeping motor imported from abroad,so that anequidistance is maintained betweem the tentering reed and yarm face.The distance can beset at will according to the technologiacl requirements.
The ovement of the main machine on the ground by servomotor while the lease reed and bobbin creel ,etc.are fixed.The warping center is always in alignment during the warping process so that the tension of the edging is uniform.

The 1:8 fixed conical drum is made of thin steel sheet.The cone is 1150mm long and use together with the highprecision servomotor warping table,it can satisfy the warping techniques of all varieties.The drum has gone through high-precision dynamic balance check.

There are three-point automatic positioning pneumatic type reed,which features shoort process and high working effciency.
The beaming safeguard is accomplished by two sets of safe fences and infrared rasters, guaranteeing the personal safety of the operator.
Multiple forms of bobbin creels are available,which can satisfy the technological requirements of different varieties.The spindle space number can be specially arranged according to the needs of the user.
Multiple forms of tensioners such as the two-column type tensioner,ring type automatic compensation tensioner are available for the user to choose from.
The machine is equipped with the electronic type automatic stop motion.
Front oiling waxing devices and the stateceliminator are optional.
